Class and House Saints

Each classroom has a class Saint which the children pray to each day. The children ask their class Saint to intercede for them each day at the end of prayers as they say "Saint xxx, pray for us."

Our Saints have been specifically selected to represent out Holy Cross Community. We have chosen Saints based on links to our curriculum, locality and native homes of our children.

Each child is also place into a 'House Team'- these are also named after Saints. Children can receive 'Saint Points' for their houses after following the virtues of the term. The winning house receives theorize for this at the end of a half-ter. The winning house every week is announced during the Gifts of the God assembly on a Friday.
